Who We Are

Premier Nursing Academy trains candidates for entry-level healthcare jobs such as certified nursing assistant (CNA) and patient care technician (PCT) positions. In our model, employers sponsor 100% of the cost of CNA training. This means that recently hired students pay no tuition costs, and our partners fill in-demand positions and upscale their workforce.

Premier Nursing Academy was founded in 2017 to help meet the growing shortage of healthcare workers across the United States. This shortage of employees negatively impacts patients and strains the staff in facilities and is especially acute with CNA positions.

As the demand for healthcare workers continues to grow, the number of students graduating from relevant programs offered by community colleges and universities is declining due to the high cost of education, the burden of student loans, and students’ loss in confidence in finding a job after graduation. Premier Nursing Academy solves these problems by offering a different training model to train future healthcare workers.
