Kaitlin Pierce

Kaitlin may not have grown up to become the President of the United States (yet…), but she’s embarked on a successful career as our Recruitment Specialist for Premier Nursing Academy’s South Bend and Goshen campuses. This role is particularly meaningful to her because it allows her to help others begin their careers in healthcare the same way that she did. As a graduate of an employer-based certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program herself, Kaitlin can really relate to new candidates who want to change their lives and start a new career. Kaitlin worked as a CNA for 7 years before transitioning into a medical sales role and then joining Premier Nursing Academy in May 2019.

If you can’t find Kaitlin at the office, she’s likely enjoying some coffee, hanging out with her two children and two Australian shepherds, or dreaming of teleporting herself to the beach.
